This Integrated System is a professional, complete and pre-wired solution designed for advanced monitoring, power management and remote control of commercial and industrial-scale renewable energy generation plants.
The system is designed for applications subject to the CEI 0-16 standard, with reference to Annexes O, T, and M, and to the relevant ARERA provisions, including resolutions 540/2021/R/eel, 385/2025, and 564/2025, enabling secure bidirectional data exchange with the grid operator and the receipt of remote disconnection or power modulation commands. All logic and communication components are housed inside an IP65-rated, sealed and pre-wired enclosure, ready for installation in industrial environments or protected outdoor areas.
The electrical monitoring core is provided by the high-precision CEWE Elite 500 power network analyzer.
Components Included in the Kit
Central Plant Controller (RTU CCI): Central processing unit dedicated to managing plant logic, acquiring field data and handling remote communications. Supplied with its dedicated switching power supply.
CEWE ELITE-500 MFM Multifunction Analyzer: High-end measuring instrument for three-phase systems (3P, AC, Four Line). Featuring accuracy class 0.5, a customized LCD display and an RS485 communication port with Modbus RTU protocol. It continuously monitors the key electrical parameters and is powered by a universal auxiliary input (40-300V AC/DC, standard 96x96 mm format).
4G LTE & GPS Wireless Communication Module: Includes a high-gain combined antenna mounted on a single bracket with 10 meters of copper cable (c.u.), ideal for positioning outside the enclosure to ensure maximum cellular signal reception and precise satellite time synchronization.
Copper/Fiber Optic Media Converter (XPTN Models): Pair of industrial converters (XPTN-FM2D-13-LC2-I + XPTN-9000-63-1FX1TX-MINI) with LC optical connector. They enable system integration over fiber-optic backbones, providing complete immunity to electromagnetic interference and supporting long distances within the site.
IP64 Enclosure: Robust, internally pre-wired enclosure, resistant to dust and water jets, designed to safely house the CCI and all protection and power supply accessories.
